The warranty

All

products come with a limited one year warranty against any construction fault.

For any construction fault appearing during the covered period, we will repair it, or replace it by a similar product, free of charge within a reasonable delay. The warranty does not include shipping charges.

If, within 10 days after receiving your order, you are not satisfied, you may return them for exchange only. Returned products must not have been used nor have been attached on blades or frames.

Products must be returned undamaged, with all their accessories.

When your boots or shoes' warranty has expired, we can always repair them for a nominal fee.

The commitments

Standard boots are normally shipped within 3 weeks after reception of your order. Exceptionnally, this delay may slightly vary during periods when we have to deal with an extra workload. If this is the case, you will be informed when you put your order.

Custom-built boots are normally shipped a month after we receive the molds of your feet.

Shipping costs are added to your bill.

Payments must be fully completed before we can ship the products.
